While we do provide the initial technical support via e-mail, the local skilled technical, neural networking or mathematics assistance may be needed. We expect our partners to provide the on-site assistance in the installation of Neural Network Toolkit, initial neural network training, and, possibly, the integration of Neural Server into the clients' information system.

Our partners get the major discounts on ordering our software licenses for their clients and the top-priority installation and neural network design and training technical support.
